Two things to consider when embarking on new technology are how it will impact the User Interface and User Experience.

It is our job to make sure that anything we create for you improves the user experience – delivered in a way that is new and exciting, all the while remaining comfortable and familiar.  This requires extensive research on our end to find the latest and greatest ways of interacting with customers.  UI/UX Design is simply another tool we use to keep ourselves on track when desiging for you and your client base.  Again, the most important approach is a consumer driven one.
